City of Lithonia
There are 3 city council seats up election in November. The incumbents, Al T. Franklin, Deborah A. Jackson and Marcus Lloyd are running for re-election. There are two challengers that have qualified to run, Hasaan Abdullah and Ric Dodd. Additionally information can be obtain from the Lithonia City Clerk at 770-482-8136.
